Having a student course qualifying criteria contributes to having a meaningful and successful training program, eliminating students who do not qualify for the program before inception of training. All students required documentation will be verified and audited; to ensure students qualifies for training. Students who not qualify will be eliminated.<\/p><h6>\u2022 Interview Methodology<\/h6><p>After elimination, interviews with potential students will take place. Interviews will be conducted with qualified interviewers. Thereafter interviewers will sign off the interviews and recommend suitable training program for the student.
